Area Sales Representative

THE JOB

 

The Area Sales Representative is responsible for selling and marketing Landmark’s innovative new homes for our various divisions, while acting as a product line expert.

 

This is a permanent, full-time commission based position with a comprehensive benefits package.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support customers throughout the sales process

  • Managing the new home sales process

  • Greet visitors in the Showhome

  • Marketing and selling the company product

  • Completion of paperwork and reporting

  • Set up client meetings, meet and follow up with clients

  • Attend weekly sales meetings

  • Provide product knowledge and information to perspective and new home buyers

  • Operate the Showhome, maintaining an immaculate interior and exterior presentation

  • Participate in company sponsored training initiatives

 

 

WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE

 

  • You have new home sales experience in an Area Sales Manager/Representative role or 3 years’ experience in an Sales Associate role

  • Your approach to selling is to qualify the buyer, listen to their needs, educate on the product and close the deal when the time is right.

  • You are diplomatic and persuasive in interacting with others, leveraging your people skills to achieve results.

  • You maintain poise and professionalism, and have superior communication skills.

  • You are able to work evenings and weekends during standard show homes hours.
